Hysteroscopic Case Studies

  • Case 1

    For the last 9 months this 27 year old has had the symptom of random light bleeding between otherwise normal withdrawal bleeds. She is on cyclic, combined estrogen and progestin-containing oral contraceptives. Examination of her vulva, vagina and exocervix are normal. This is her transvaginal ultrasound.
